At Fragrant Candle With Real Jewels, we want you to be delighted with your discovery; if you are not satisfied, you may return unused candles in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that candles must be unlit and the hidden jewel must remain undiscovered and sealed to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a prepaid shipping label and return authorization.

  Secure the Jewel

  Ensure the candle is unburnt and the hidden jewelry pouch is still intact within the wax before carefully wrapping the jar in its original protective box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the candle and jewel are in pristine condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
