How do I find the jewel inside my candle?
As your candle burns, a small foil-wrapped pouch will eventually be revealed. Once the wax around the pouch has melted significantly, carefully extinguish the flame and use a pair of tweezers to remove the jewel from the wax.
What kind of jewelry can I expect to find?
Each candle contains a unique piece of jewelry, such as a ring, necklace, or pair of earrings. Our pieces range from stylish costume jewelry to high-value items featuring genuine gemstones and precious metals.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your candle is on its way.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused and unlit candles in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once a candle has been lit or the jewelry has been removed, it is no longer eligible for a return or exchange.
